DMCA & Takedown Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
EasySchema respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. If you believe content hosted on EasySchema — including published API documentation or captured webhook data — infringes your rights, you can request removal using the process below.
1. Reporting Infringing Content
To submit a takedown notice, email dmca@easyschema.xyz with the following information:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email
- A description of the copyrighted work (or other right) you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on EasySchema where the infringing material is located
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices will be rejected. Fraudulent or bad-faith notices may result in liability under applicable law.
2. What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
- Review the notice within 5 business days
- Remove or disable access to the reported content if the notice is valid
- Notify the user who posted the content, with a copy of your notice
- Keep records of the notice and our response
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you can submit a counter-notice to dmca@easyschema.xyz including:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the removed content and its original URL
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
- Your physical or electronic signature
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within 10–14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user who receives multiple valid takedown notices may have their account suspended or permanently terminated.
5. Other Content Complaints
For non-copyright complaints (trademark, privacy, defamation, illegal content), email abuse@easyschema.xyz. Provide as much detail as possible, including URLs and the nature of the concern.
6. Illegal Content
We will remove and report:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to the appropriate authorities
- Content that incites violence or terrorism
- Content that violates applicable criminal law
